1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using kanedias.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and the operator of kanedias.com (“we”, “us”).
2. Description of the service
kanedias.com is a free, browser-based developer utility platform that generates fictional test data for software testing, development and educational purposes. The Service includes, among other tools:

All data produced by the Service is generated locally in your browser using statistical algorithms and is entirely fictional. Generated numbers are not linked to any real person, organization, bank account or government record.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service for:

- Filling staging or development databases with realistic test data
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the Service to:
- Commit fraud, identity theft, document forgery or any other illegal act — including, without limitation, presenting generated BSN, VAT, IBAN, credit card or identity numbers as your own or someone else's real data to a government body, financial institution, employer, landlord or any other third party.
- Submit generated data to systems that require real personal data (tax forms, banking applications, insurance applications, KYC checks, employment forms, government registration, etc.).

- Scrape, mirror, resell or otherwise systematically extract content from the Service without prior written permission.
- Probe, scan or otherwise attempt to compromise the security of the Service or its hosting infrastructure.
- Use the Service in any way that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
You bear sole responsibility for how you use generated data. We reserve the right to add technical rate limits, IP-based blocks or other restrictions against abuse without prior notice.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that generated data will satisfy any specific format requirement of any third-party system. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, contributors or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed EUR 50 (fifty euro).
7. Intellectual property
All source code, layout, branding, copy and graphics on kanedias.com (other than user-generated output) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
Generated output (the random numbers and strings produced by the tools) is not subject to any copyright claim by us, and you may use generated output freely within the limits of section 4 (Prohibited use).
8. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Third-party services
The Service uses Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Microsoft Clarity and AWS for analytics, advertising and hosting. Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
10. Changes to the service or terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the updated version is effective as of the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
